Quick and efficient order and delivery process. Box arrived a little squashed but contents were ok as they were shoes. I have been having Karrimor shoes and boots for a while and my only quibble is the minor differences in width across the toes from one pair to another. Common for other shoes as well when purchased in store but a pain when you buy on line.
