This is my first time shop your brand. The quality and style are great. However, certain mistakes make me hesitated to shop again and introduce Karrimor to my friend here HK and China. 1) the Aluminum bottle have not packed properly, my bottle was dented 3 places. 2) I brought 3 tee, my Chest is 35.5", refers to your size guild, I should buy size S, but they are totally too big. Your guild is not correct. I can only give them all to my friend. Since I am not live in UK now, returning goods maybe charged, it is a headache for us.
