Ordered a size larger than I normally would (as they were walking boots) but they were so narrow I could hardly get my foot in. Also, Karrimor's emails once you have returned a product are difficult to understand. The email just said that they were sorry I'd changed my mind about the order. I didn't. The boots didn't fit, which I stated on the returns note. No mention in the email of a refund at all. And what is most annoying is that there is no customer service telephone number on their website. Wouldn't bother again.
