I have ordered boots from Karrimor and added to a basket two more additional items. Additional items were not necessary for me, i added them because buying boots - one order, one delivery cost and "why not?" i thought. next day i got a message that my boots were canceled as they are out of stock. No one asked me if i need the rest of my items. Filled in cancel request in Karrimor web page and next day i got message from DHL that my items on the way, after few hours customer service wrote that they can not cancel my items as they are picked up buy DHL. I asked to refund money for the delivery and got message - sorry can't help. So i have socks and hat plus delivery cost that are more expensive than without a discount. Disappointed... Why no one asked me do i need other items when one of them canceled? Why do you have a cancel option if you can not answer it in time? Why you have no suggestions for clients in these situations? I have bought from various web pages in the world and never encountered such a poor service. If i will ever buy from Karrimor (what is unlikely) i will never put in the basket additional items. Company has no long-term strategy and do not try to keep a good name.
For the future, a tip from great company's - sometimes a voucher or additional discount can help to save a client. Would not recommend Karrimor for a friend.
