I ordered an item, but it was cancelled and I was told to order it again using a different payment. I did so, but then the first item was processed, meaning I was charged twice for the same item. I tried to contact Karrimor for help, but got no response. I still have neither item and am getting worried. I really don't want to be charged for the same item twice.
