Item supplied was stained in hem.
Ordered correct size but it came up smaller than it should have. I have a coat of the same make and ordered that size coat.
The cost of delivery and to return it is excessively expensive and if I wanted it replaced I had no idea if I would be charged again for delivery.
There is no way to contact anyone.
There is no way to find out if the item can be obtained in store and if the store has it in stock.
