Well I am still waiting for my shoes, which I am sure will be great and they were a good price. But why do you use Hermes for delivery? I am having to wait in all day, this is their 2nd attempt to deliver (although third attempt with another item). They give no information, except they will be delivered today. They have an app which is useless and gives no extra information, they leave unintelligible SMS messages, they left a phone no. on the card which was "no. not recognised". Because I will have to go out at some point the shoes will probably be returned to Karrimor. So, sorry, but I won't be ordering again, unless I'm sure that Hermes are not delivering!
