Parcel was due to come on the 26.01.2017 - still hasn't arrived. Had exactly the same before Christmas with a consignment being delivered by Hermes on behalf of Lakeland - arrived days late and Hermes put the date it was meant to arrive on the delivery note on the website. Hermes consistently let their clients and customers down.
