I just receive my first delivery, and unfortunately it was not completely satisfying. I ordered a pair of shoes about week and half ago and they were delivered today(I ordered them from abroad, so I would say that this is indeed a reasonable delivery time). The problem however is that now I have two shoes and only one sole, which indeed is not the end of the world, but is a bit disappointing and I really will think twice before ordering from your online store again, especially considering the hassle that will be a potential product return for me, being not in the UK but in Bulgaria.
