I ordered a GREEN 3 in 1 jacket (i.e. two parts - fleece liner and waterproof outer.)
Only the fleece liner arrived, and it was grey, not green.
The items are too large (which isn't your fault) but I have no faith in your returns process and it's going to cost me a fair amount in postage.
Why can't I return items directly to a Sports Direct store?
