I had an order delivered by Hermes I was not in and the card through the door said delivered to 23 wrong I live at 23. Tried to speak to Hermes the only way is via an online chat they told me that my parcel delivered to number 40 the highest even house number in my street is 26
Contacted Karrimor by e-mail all they did was re-send the tracking e-mail which served no purpose..no help from Karrimor
