Hermes, the delivery company claim to have delivered my order, but have not. Hermes don't deal directly with retail customers: you have to deal with delivery problems through the retailer. I consider Karrimor responsible for this since they choose the delivery company, and don't say who it is in advance. I've contacted Karrimor, and a bot has told me I can expect a response in 1-3 days. There's no phone number and no other way to escalate.
