I'm very sorry! I cannot award any Stars at the moment;- I am awaiting a response to my "complaint" about the new pair of "Summit" Walking Shoes" which I bought, (to replace my last pair of "Summits", - which were superb!) Sadly, for reasons I do not understand, - the 'inner supports' have been changed dramatically and I know that these will NOT now be suitable for MY personal use; - there is just not sufficient 'arch support'. I have been promised a reply within 2 - 3 days, (which will end tomorrow.) I sincerely hope we can resolve this problem, as I rely heavily on 'my Karrimor Summit's'; - they are the ONLY shoes I can walk any distance in. - These will be my 3rd pair, in 5 years, - and at 80 years of age, I need all the help I can get!
