The delivery was excellent BUT the size 7 walking shoes I purchased I couldn't even get my feet into. A couple of weeks ago I purchased some Sketchers trainers from Sports Direct, same size and they fit perfectly. I tried to email Karrimor but it wouldn't go through. It appears I'm supposed to return them by special delivery and pay for the privilege too. I'm disgusted and will never order anything Karrimor again. In the past I've had several jackets, not any more.
