Hi, I ordered the item on the 8/6/17. I paid 6.99 for next day delivery. The order was placed at approx. 3pm, well before your 7pm deadline for ordering next day. Unfortunately, the item didn't arrive until the 12/6/17. I am looking for a refund of 6.99 since I did not receive the service I had paid for.
I have contacted your web site 3 times detailing what has happened and what the problem is but so far there has been no response.
