Appalling customer service. Received an email from Hermes advising parcel has been delivered and sign by customer, no one in the house was in at that time!!! And there was no card left to say which, if at all, neighbour it was delivered to.
Rang Customer services number and receive a message saying "currently busy at the moment due to high volume of calls...goodbye".
Really is a shame as the product looked good but I don't know how long it will be before I actually receive it!! Wanted it for my holiday tomorrow, not impressed!!!
