I ordered a Pre Sale rucksack for my niece's 21st birthday and was told it would be delivered on June 30th which was great. However I then received an e-mail telling me that it would be delayed until September 1st which was not acceptable. There was no option that I could find to cancel or change the order which seemed unreasonable given the fact that it was a two month delay. I was away on holiday at the time and communications were difficult so I decided to try and do something about it when I got home and in the meantime the rucksack turned up on June 30th as originally agreed. I don't know if the other e-mail was issued in error or what was going on. I was happy with the end result but didn't appreciate the agro.
