im happy that the order was sent out quickly and was tracked all the way. I'm not happy that there is no sales receipt in the parcel, please could you send one. There is no option on your problem solving list to just put my point across, perhaps you could put this option in future also a contact phone number. I love your sandals (this is my 2nd pair) and would like to order more in future. Also I have recommended them to several friends.
