Upon entering the details manually, I was informed that I would not be receiving the £5.00 voucher because the address was entered manually. After a long wait on the phone and a terse email, I was assured that I would receive a voucher by email. I still await this. Also beware - Sports Direct will not refund monies sometimes even if the goods are faulty, opting to give you a voucher instead. This of course means they are investing your money through their banks whilst you decide what you want to do with it.
