Item was ordered on 13 July. Its now 20 July and still not arrived. Seller uses Hermes. They are rubbish and say attempted delivery when they have not. Goods returned to depot. No card left either so no proof they actually called. Delivery to an office open from 8am to 5.15 pm. shows as failed even in these hours!! Hermes have been told bit ignore. What to do? Never buy from anyone that uses Hermes. Buying was easy and quickly dispatched. Wish goods would arrive....
