Order came promptly. Unfortunately the item I ordered did not fit so need to return it. No invoice note in bag, so unsure how to do this. Have sent an email to karrimor to ask what the procedure is on returning items. Have had an email from customer service advising me that they have received my email and should get an answer to me in the next 3 days.... not a great result. So am waiting now for a follow up email.
