The strap broke on my son's new sandals as soon as he tried them on and when I looked into returning them, I find out that I am expected to pay the return postage - after having to pay £4.99 to have them returned. Unfortunately there is no way of me speaking to anyone at Karrimor about this so I tweeted Karrimor but 22 hours later I have had no reply. Thankfully your email just arrived enquiring about my purchase so I hope to get some results.
