You emailed to let me know that Hermes had collected the order and would deliver last week. On Tuesday this week, you emailed to say that Hermes had been unable to deliver the order and so I would be refunded. There is no evidence that Hermes attempted to make the delivery and the delivery address is always open during extended business hours.
So I have not received the order.
Very poor service.
