Paid for next day delivery. Courier company tracking record said delivered in afternoon and client had signed acceptance. Not true. On second day, tracking record was updated to say item would be delivered that day which it was. Tracking record stated delivered with customer signing acceptance. It was delivered but we did not sign acceptance note. Can I have a refund of my delivery charge please.
