I have my grandson visiting us he decided to buy a jacket which gave us two options next day delivery at a charge or delivery on Thursday 30th of august. He opted for the Thursday delivery to save money he is 14years old, he chose delivery to sports direct.
We went to sports direct yesterday and were told they don't have deliveries on Thursdays the manager checked the reference number and the item has not been released yet, my grandson returns home to St Helens today. Two telephone calls made to help line to be told lines busy
