Fantastic rucksack but let down by the 100% appalling customer service.
Delivery was late, after paying extra for next day delivery.
Sent a query to customer services, who basically don't care.
I would advise trying to by in store so if there are any problems you can take goods back to shop because having to deal with customer service would be a nightmare
