I've already emailed you twice about this issue and had no response.... I ordered from you guys and payed for next day deleivery as the item I purchased was needed for college... they didn't arrive the next day so I contacted Hermes and they said I'd have to wait another 24 hours and to contact you regarding a refund... my boots finally came but not in time for college and I therefore received a discipline for not wearing the correct uniform and payed extra for a service I didn't receive... I'm not happy and will not be buying your products again
