Karrimor isn't the problem it's Hermes. The karrimor product is excellent however Hemes the delivery company are appalling. I had a confirmation e mail that my parcel had been signed for when I knew this was impossible, the parcel had in fact been left under my car . This is unacceptable and could easily have been stolen.
