Hermes could not deliver parcel as I was at work. Spoke to courier who would not deliver to alternate local address, promised to deliver to a neighbour or local post office but did not do so. Apparently he does not deliver after early afternoon or weekends so if you work for a living you have no chance of receiving your items!
I am really unhappy and looking for my refund so I can purchase the items elsewhere, really poor service from Hermes!
