If I had realised that Karrimor was connected to Sports Direct I would not have placed an order.
I paid for delivery, the shoes were too small, I then paid to return them and am still waiting for the original postage to be refunded (which their website says they will do if the full order is returned).
Telephoning them does not seem to be an option, so I am left feeling pretty annoyed with myself for bothering to do business with them.
