We seem to be having a few difficulties with this order. It was sent out to a random address: Neil Hopkinson 8 SPENCER ROAD, LONDON, LEICESTERSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM E6 1HH When I spoke to MyHermes they advised they would resend it to correct address once they had confirmation from your customer service. I spoke to a lady in customer services on 25/9/17. The lady who started off not being very interested in helping me and was not at all interested in believing my confusion in the random address. She then advised me that she had arranged for redelivery to our correct address whilst I was on hold. We now have another MyHermes message, showing that the parcel has been returned to sender. Slightly frustrated! Trying to email a complaint but the form is not recognising our order number KARR40000039237707. It took an hour to get through to customer services on 25th, only successful after I persuaded a Karrimor shop assistant to transfer me!! perhaps someone will pick upthis from the review and help?!
