"Your system amended my order because of an item being out of stock and then debited my credit card again for the amended amount. Therefore you have charged twice for the items I have received. It is equally disappointing not to be able to speak to someone on the telephone and to receive anonymous emails questioning my order, despite my providing the order number appearing on the paperwork I received. Overall a poor performance and not one I am minded to repeat or recommend.
Now having spoken to customer services I have an explanation of how this happened and it can be resolved. However, the difficulties experienced in ordering online and subsequent confusion would not have occurred if there was a telephone number to contact customer services.
On a far more positive note I am very pleased with the products which offer exceptionally good value.
