the parcel tracking system was useless, courier attempted delivery during daylight working hours and posted a half completed note, the parcel disappeared after that with the courier not interested and referring our enquiries back to Karrimor.
Full refund made on order ( in 2 parts as omitted to remit post and packing on first refund)
Hermes are shockingly bad on delivery and customer enquiry service, wont use your service again as you dont have any options other than use Hermes for delivery!!
