Sizing was completely wrong. I ordered my usual UK size 6 (EUR 39) and when the shoes arrived they looked very small. I could hardly squeeze them on my feet so they must be two sizes too small. Not only are they short in length, but the heel slopes inwards quite sharply. There is a very thick insole built up on the arch of the foot so the depth of the shoe is very shallow. When I checked the US size equivalent on the label inside the shoe it said size 7. I know that I am US size 8.5 which is given as equivalent to EUR39, sometimes shown as UK shoe size 6-6.5. But these shoes are just tiny. No return instructions given in the box. I am going to have to search the website to see how to do that. The next and only available size up is shown as UK size 7 and I'm not even sure if these will fit. Extremely disappointing.
