‘Next day delivery’ order not even processed until day of expected delivery - a day & a half after buying. Contacted CS to cancel and they seemed to push the processing through in 10 mins (v quick response & ‘processed’ email received then, conveniently). 2 emails later & I had no response until next day when I was told that they ‘could not accept liability’ and blamed the courier even though it seemed that the late processing on your side was the issue. Issued the £3 difference in p&p refund. Will be returning boots as they arrived too late and instead I wore (& ruined in mud) trainers for event, sad times :( ). Pretty disappointed.
