I purchased items and payed extra for next day delivery, it has been 5 days now and still have not received them. There was no contact number to ask anybody about this, I did email 3 days after purchase and was told that it had been packed but not sent and when I asked why there was no reply hence why I would rather talk to somebody on the phone...
