Are you up to scratch? Well, honestly, no. Your website was easy and convenient to use, and I was informed in good time that my order would be delivered via cs@sportsdirect.com.
I then received a message and email from Hermes couriers (donotreply@hermesparcelmanager.co.uk) on Friday 17 November at 11.27, "You can view the full tracking history of your parcel". However, on clicking the link, it informed me only that at "10.50 Status: Due to be delivered today". It's now 15.55 and nothing has been delivered so far.
I now have a very low opinion of your courier's 'full tracking history', having wasted a day waiting in for the parcel.
Not very impressed.
