I was very excited to make my first purchase online. The website was fantastic I found the things that I needed. Once I went online to purchase that items that I wanted I started finding some problems. First I was not able to change the transportation method so that was complicated took me awhile to just get it. The second issue was when I went for payment then my credit card was charged but one day later I receive a denial email from your company telling me that my credit card was not working correctly or something like that. Then I have to go to the bank I figured out what happened they told me that they didn't have any problems that it was the sellers issue. Then finally I had to use another credit card and everything went through. now I'm just waiting for my package I hope it comes without any issues. I'm excited. Hope next time I make a purchase is a lot easier.
