My wife and I live in Portugal and we have both used the Karrimor Run Tempo 4 for a few years. The tracks my wife runs on around here are very hard and very rocky, so apart from light weight, good comfort and support it is important that the shoes give good isolation from sharp rocks and good shock absorption. The tempo 4 meets these requirements at a very reasonable price, which is why we continue to seek them out. I am limited to walking on a treadmill thus my needs are less demanding, nevertheless I find them excellent value for money.
