Your website reported an error on my order so I placed another order. The second order displayed an order confirmation number.
I then received two emails telling me my order was successful.
I imediately emailed to cancel the first order, I also looked on the website for a customer services number, there is none.
I am still waiting to hear back from you.
I don't expect to pay delivery or collection charges for an issue with your website, which is what your returns procedure suggests.
