The ordering process is ridiculous. You get a confirmation of making an order but, it doesn't mean the order is processed. About a week or so after making an order, I still hadn't received a confirmation that the order would be processed. I had to follow up with customer service and a couple of working days after I sent that email my order was processed. I feel that if I had not sent an email asking when my order would be processed, it would still be sitting there. Before this is blamed on lack of staff because of not being able to use zero-hour contract labour - it has nothing to do with this. It is not because of labour issues, it is because you need better logistics and organisation and you need to invest in this.
