Whilst I am happy with the quality of the various Karrimor products I have owned over the years, this latest purchase process was disappointing. I ordered a rucksack online, priced at 75GBP, when it arrived it had a price tag showing the price had been reduced by 50%, however this discount was not offered online and when I queried it I was told the item was priced 'incorrectly' and I was not able to benefit from the sale price. Whilst I would still have purchased at the original, full price, the item arriving with a bright pink discount price tag to show how much I had not been able to save left a bad impression.
