Have ignored my repeated attempts to contact them over a replacement part for a broken product. I now own a useless rucksack as I cannot get a chest strap for it.
Awful customer service, and judging by their facebook page I am not the only one left in this position.
These are not quality products that you want to be going outdoors with. Avoid like the plague.
