I thought the service was great until you delivered was a jacket with a reduced price tag of 39.99, 50%off. I paid 79.99 less than five days ago!!! How come??? I am definitely NOT happy. No one has responded to this nor to my email. There seems no easy way to lodge a complaint. Thats why I rated your service very poor.
