They sent to me a different size from my request. And according to them it's my faut:
"Please be advised that the information on the website, is only there as a guide and not a guarantee, if you were unsure of any of the sizing you could of emailed through to us to look into this for you. If you wish to exchange the product you will need to follow the standard returns procedure, I hope this helps."
