Love your products. Lost a rucksack and ordered a new one (sadly not in the beautiful grass green of my first one) and got it swiftly as required. Opened the package and saw that although I'd been charged full price for the item it had a half price discount tag on it. Big mistake Karrimor. If I wasn't returning it I'd demand a refund.
