Paid £79.99 for a pair of walking shoes, when they arrived the label on the box was half price, 50% off. Came in a sports direct box, inside were two shoes I ordered but different sizes, 1 size 7, 1 size 8? No invoice either. Contacted Karrimor who advised nothing they could do, it was a sport direct problem they did however try and put me in touch with customer services twice, nobody would take responsibility. In the end I went to local sport direct retailer who after some telephone calls later did sort the problem out and gave a refund as should not have been charged full price. Will not order on line from them at all now will go into the shop.
