I always rate karrimor products, but am disappointed that I can get no technical product information. I wrote asking a question, thinking I was writing to karrimor. It was a technical question about Event materials used in your waterproof/breathable coats. The answer came some days later from Sports Direct and told me they couldn't offer me advice and suggested I go into a store and "try one on". When I asked the same question of another manufacturer (who also use Event material in their coats) the answer obviously came from someone who thoroughly knows their products. Shame, as Karrimor is such a good product and needs the back up of knowledgeable staff. I have done my own research, and hope I've got it right.
