I ordered the item from the Karrimor website and paid the advertised price of £79.99 plus postage. The item arrived after several days and was clearly sourced from Sportsdirect. The fixed labelling on the product shows the price of £39.99. I'm still waiting for refund and despite approaching Customer Services twice, I've heard nothing. This is a disgraceful sales practice and I will approach Citizens Advice unless I receive a fast confirmation of the required refund.
