My ON KARR40000054051947 was delivered early and processed efficiently. Unfortunately when I opened the box the small metal name badge on one boot had come off leaving 2x small holes for water to penetrate. I took the boots back to Sports Direct in the Intu centre in Derby on Saturday morning. They did not have a replacement pair available. However they gave me a credit for the cost of the boots £124.99, but were unable to refund the carriage and said I would need to contact "online" to obtain a refund and compensation for having to make a trip to Derby Please le me have your comments on the above Thank you Roger Litchfield 07831 353396 email as above
